"I got zero use out of the gel honestly but my hair is really thick and it states it’s for thin to medium hair so it’s what I expected. But my mother has very fine hair so we used it on her and it worked great she loves it and it defined her twist so well. This line also has one of the best scents in hair care that I’ve smelled. It left her hair nice and shiny and it didn’t flake up at all. I know we’ll be adding this to her hair routine."
"I have thick 4c type hair so this didn’t really work for me but it worked nice on my baby hairs. I let my sister who has thinner hair try it out and she really liked it. I love the scent of this, smells great."

I would describe the hold as light 4 instead of medium 6. This gel smells great as offers lots of shine. I did not find it to be greasy at all. It didn’t dry down sticky. I can’t speak to build up because I’ve only used it for one retie but so far. I’ll likely continue to use this my loc reties."
